Senior Sales Manager

Position Summary

The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives, relationship management, and market development for our luxury resort property. This role requires a proven track record in hospitality sales, with a strong emphasis on resort experience and the ability to lead high-value accounts and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across all market segments.
  • Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Identify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and market analysis.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts to clients.
