About the RoleVoyager is Anduril's modular, rugged suite of compute, networking, and communications built for survivable C5ISR at the tactical edge - a TRL-9, globally fielded portfolio spanning roughly 75 products, from body-worn gateways to high-performance compute clusters, shipping at industrial scale (tens of thousands of units per year). It's the hardware backbone of our "Own the Edge" strategy: the compute and connectivity every service runs on.
We're hiring a Senior Sales & Capture Manager to own Voyager revenue as an individual contributor - a hunter who can carry a number, shape and win captures across the DoD, and pull Voyager through the programs where Anduril is already winning. You'll operate across all US services (Army, USMC, USAF, SOCOM), working prime and subcontractor paths, and sell the system - compute, network, comms, chassis, and Lattice attach - not the box.
This is a quota-carrying, deal-closing role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, high-ambiguity environment and wants to put hardware in the hands of warfighters at scale.
What You'll Do - Own a Voyager bookings/ACV target across DoD accounts - build and manage the pipeline end to end, from qualification through close.
- Run captures on programs of record and emerging opportunities: shape requirements, build win strategies, price to win, and quarterback proposals with BD, product, and program teams.
- Drive pull-through: attach Voyager to Anduril's flagship wins (NGC2, TITAN, USMC C2 modernization, SBMC) and to command-post, vehicle, and dismounted-operator use cases.
- Sell the full stack - position Voyager HPC/VM/VMm compute, G1/TRX/ESR networking and comms, and chassis/integration solutions as an integrated mission system, and drive Lattice software attach.
- Build and own senior relationships across program offices, PEOs, primes, and integration partners (e.g., Palantir, Microsoft, HPE, L3Harris, Viasat).
- Navigate defense acquisition: OTAs, IDIQs, sole-source and competitive vehicles, and the FYDP/POM cycle.
- Bring the field back inside - feed customer requirements, pricing pressure, and competitive intel to product and pricing so Voyager stays ahead.
- Represent Voyager at service events, demos, and exercises; translate hard tech into warfighter outcomes.
What We're Looking For - 8+ years selling or capturing complex hardware/technical solutions to the DoD, with a track record of closing multi-million-dollar deals and hitting quota.
- Deep familiarity with at least one US service's acquisition ecosystem, and the ability to operate across several.
- Command of technical products - comfortable going deep on rugged compute, tactical networking, SWaP tradeoffs, and C5ISR concepts, and translating them for both operators and acquisition stakeholders.
- Demonstrated capture leadership: win strategy, teaming, price-to-win, and proposal orchestration on competitive pursuits.
- Strong existing relationships across program offices, primes, and/or systems integrators.
- Willingness to travel heavily (50%+) to customer sites, exercises, and demos.
- Active US security clearance (Secret minimum) strongly preferred.
Nice to Have - Experience selling into command post, mounted/vehicle, or dismounted-soldier programs.
- Background carrying both hardware and software/attach revenue.
- Prior work with an open-ecosystem partner model (integrating third-party HW/SW).
- Familiarity with international/coalition defense sales.
Why This Role Matters Voyager is where Anduril's edge strategy becomes physical - the fielded, at-scale compute and comms that make everything else on the network possible. You'll own the commercial engine for one of the division's highest-volume portfolios at a moment of rapid growth, with the mandate to turn program momentum into durable, repeatable Voyager revenue across the force.
