Responsibilities:
Leads scheduling, coordinating, and hosting Program Kick-Off Meeting introducing contractors and Government personnel across 350+ facilities
Develops comprehensive Program Kick-Off Meeting Agenda addressing security requirements, risk management, and PMP revision process
Leads preparation of weekly status reports coordinating risk and issue resolution using Integrated Operational Dashboards
Documents comprehensive support requirements in PMP including detailed enterprise WBS and risk management approach
Provides comprehensive project support generating and maintaining Project Plans with Risk and Issue Register for all TO activities
Leads monthly CSR development and presentation maintaining meeting minutes and tracking action items across enterprise
Develops comprehensive Stakeholder Management Plan including escalation paths for resolving stakeholder issues and conflicting priorities
Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments, plans and leads major technical assignments, and functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments; may supervise others
Qualifications:
Required –
BA/BS + 8 years of relevant experience; equivalencies considered
Active Secret clearance
Demonstrated experience developing and managing program/project risk management frameworks, including identification, assessment, prioritization, mitigation, escalation, and ongoing monitoring of risks and issues
Experience maintaining Risk and Issue Registers, developing mitigation and contingency plans, and tracking risks through resolution
Experience analyzing schedule, cost, technical, operational, and resource risks and assessing potential impacts to program objectives and performance
Experience developing and presenting risk metrics, dashboards, status reports, and executive-level briefings to program leadership and Government stakeholders
Experience supporting enterprise-scale IT programs, including project planning, WBS development, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination
Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and methodologies and integrating risk management activities with program/project management processes
Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to facilitate risk discussions, drive action-item closure, and communicate complex risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Desired –
Prior experience supporting federal agencies, especially the Department of State
Experience supporting large, geographically dispersed IT environments
PMP, PMI-RMP, ITIL, or similar project/risk management certification

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$94,400 - $198,200About CACI International
