WHAT YOU'LL DO:- Assist in pricing, quoting, and accomplishing trades across digital asset and crypto/fiat pairs
- Support sales campaigns by managing client calls and converting relationships into trading flow
- Monitor algorithmic execution and market-making activity, identifying and addressing anomalies
WHAT YOU'LL BRING: - Proven ability to handle RFQs and grow client relationships
- Familiarity with algorithmic trading and market-making strategies
- Strong communication and analytical skills, with a focus on operational rigor and collaboration

Actual salaries may vary based on numerous factors including, among other things, an individual applicant's experience and qualifications for the position. This range does not include equity or additional compensation, such as bonuses or commissions.
Miami Annual Base Salary Range$144,000-$170,000 USD
