Overview

Kimley-Horn is seeking a seasoned Right-of-Way (ROW) professional to lead and grow our ROW practice in the Irving/Las Colinas, Texas office. This role focuses on technical excellence, team leadership, and mentorship, ensuring the successful delivery of complex ROW projects while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for professional growth.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Champion technical excellenceby overseeing project quality, compliance with federal and state regulations, and innovative solutions for clients.
  • Collaborate strategicallywith other practice leaders to align technical standards and share best practices across disciplines.
  • Foster a culture of collaborationwithin the ROW team and across Kimley-Horn9s multidisciplinary practices.
  • Ensure successful project delivery, meeting client expectations and regulatory requirements while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
