The Revenue Operations team at First Advantage is responsible for enabling predictable, scalable growth through a unified revenue engine.

First Advantage is seeking a highly influential SeniorRevenue Operations Analyst - GTM Transformation.

The Senior Revenue Operations Analyst serves as a strategic partner to Sales, Customer Success, and Finance, driving operational excellence across the revenue organization. This role is responsible for optimizing end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) processes and enabling scalable growth through data-driven insights, planning, and process improvement initiatives

The position supports annual and ongoing GTM planning activities, including capacity modeling, quota allocation, compensation plan strategy, and sales performance forecasting and reporting. It plays a critical role in developing, administering, and evaluating sales compensation programs that align incentives with business objectives and drive desired sales behaviors. The Senior Revenue Operations Analyst identifies opportunities to streamline workflows, automate manual processes, improve data quality, and enhance reporting capabilities across the GTM technology platforms. The role delivers actionable sales performance and productivity analysis to support strategic decision-making and business performance management.

Core Responsibilities

The salary range for this position is approximately $80,000-100,000 base annually.
