Responsibilities

  • Report directly to Senior Construction Management (Scheduling & Estimating)
  • Review Contractor Primavera P6 Baseline Schedules
  • Analyze critical path, milestones, logic, cost loading, and schedule integrity
  • Review monthly schedule updates and document schedule slippage
  • Perform Time Impact Analysis using Windows Analysis method
  • Interpret construction drawings including Architectural, Structural, MEP, and Civil
  • Evaluate scope and time extension entitlement

Full Job Description
The Greenridge Group is a prime contractor and consulting firm specializing in Project and Construction Management for major public-sector agencies.

We are seeking experienced Senior Regional Construction Schedulers to support one of the largest public school construction programs in the nation. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-impact educational and public works projects while collaborating with senior construction leadership.

Salary Range: $185K/Year-$200K/Year - Dependent on Candidate's Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting directly to Senior Construction Management (Scheduling & Estimating)
  • Reviewing Contractor Primavera P6 Baseline Schedules
  • Analyzing critical path, milestones, logic, cost loading, and schedule integrity
  • Reviewing monthly schedule updates and documenting schedule slippage
  • Performing Time Impact Analysis (Windows Analysis method)
  • Interpreting construction drawings (Architectural, Structural, MEP, Civil)
  • Evaluating scope and time extension entitlement (compensable vs. non-compensable)
  • Supporting Project Schedulers and collaborating with OARs and Senior PMs
  • Updating and maintaining Program and Master Schedules
  • Preparing executive-level reports
  • Visiting construction sites and attending schedule meetings as needed

Requirements
Experience
  • Minimum 10 years of full-time paid professional experience in construction scheduling
  • Experience with an Owner or General Contractor (public works or educational projects strongly preferred)
  • Strong background in CPM schedule review and schedule forensics
  • Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 (v19)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Deep understanding of:
    • Critical path analysis
    • Cost engineering principles
    • Schedule logic and coding
    • Time impact analysis
    • Schedule forensic methodologies
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
    OR
  • Bachelor's degree in any field + additional 4 years of relevant scheduling experience
Soft Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional project teams
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical mindset
