Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced full lifecycle recruiter who has proven experience of filling a wide range of construction positions at a high volume. The ideal candidate has successfully recruited construction craft, trades, functional, and technical skillsets in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Essential Job Responsibilities- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies.
- Lead efforts to source, screen, and assess candidates for qualifications and suitability.
- Primary focus on recruiting within the electrical/mechanical construction and industrial fields.
- Contribute to enhancing Loenbro's employer brand to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry functions.
Other duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations.
Minimum QualificationsRequired:- 3+ years of experience in full-lifecycle recruitment, preferably in the Construction industry.
- Proven success recruiting high-volume craft and technical talent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Experience successfully delivering results in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
Preferred:- Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent discipline.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Technical proficiency with Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Work Environment:- Indoor office setting with controlled temperature.

Colorado Pay Range
$95,000-$110,000 USD
