How You Will Make an ImpactFrida is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team. As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a critical role in driving full talent lifecycle initiatives, including recruiting, contractor engagement, onboarding, and candidate experience for our rapidly growing company. In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers and HR to understand workforce needs, develop scalable hiring strategies, and support a seamless transition from candidate to employee. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers. This role will also help support contingent workforce hiring, talent pipeline development, and continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is passionate about building strong teams and positive candidate and employee experiences.
Responsibilities to include:
- Proactively source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications, capabilities, and alignment with Frida's values and ways of working
- Conduct in-person and virtual interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, contractors, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring and onboarding process
- Partner with external recruiting agencies, staffing vendors, and contractor partners to build talent pipelines and meet evolving workforce needs
- Create robust candidate pipelines for active and anticipated openings
- Collaborate with hiring managers across the organization and consult on hiring best practices
- Assist in supporting onboarding coordination and facilitate a smooth transition for new hires into the organization
- Partner cross-functionally with HR and business leaders to support talent planning, workforce scalability, and employee lifecycle initiatives
- Track and maintain recruiting activity, hiring metrics, contractor data, and talent acquisition KPIs to support data-driven decision-making
- In partnership with Senior Director of Talent Management, maintain accurate and up-to-date reporting of personnel, new hires, and TA KPIs
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting and candidate experience processes for greater efficiency and scalability
- Other projects as assigned
What You Will Need- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of success in sourcing and attracting top talent for various roles & industries
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment life cycle and experience managing multiple positions simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Solid knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media
- Experience partnering cross-functionally on workforce planning, onboarding, or broader talent lifecycle initiatives, a plus
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Solution-oriented approach with the ability to navigate ambiguity, solve problems efficiently, and build strong cross-functional partnerships
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Located in Miami, FL as this is a hybrid position (Tue-Wed-Thur required onsite in office in Miami)
