Working in close collaboration with Product Developers and cross-functional specialists in Food Safety, Quality, Regulatory, Nutrition, and Manufacturing, you will support sound formulation decisions, facilitate alignment across stakeholders, and guide validation and corrective actions. You will also contribute to category and corporate strategic initiatives related to recipe and ingredient management, providing deep expertise in recipe compliance and enabling efficient, risk-based decision-making.

Additionally, you will champion the effective use of digital tools and systems such as SAP-RM, CAT, DevEX, and reporting solutions to enhance compliance, data quality, workflow efficiency, and end-to-end visibility. You will support continuous improvement of standards, guidelines, and training programs for Product Developers and other stakeholders, while ensuring business continuity in formulation-related activities.

  • Experience working with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements across multiple markets.
  • Practical experience with continuous improvement methods and structured problem-solving approaches.
  • Strong hands-on experience in recipe formulation, compliance, and management of nutritional or food products.
  • Using analytical thinking, problem solving and digital tools to manage recipe data, good knowledge of statistical calculations.
  • Solid understanding of ingredient contributions, process and shelf-life losses, manufacturing feasibility, and the regulatory environment, with the ability to translate these factors into compliant and robust recipe solutions.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and strong proficiency in relevant systems and digital tools, including SAP-RM and an understanding of DevEX and CAT, together with excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Communicating fluently in English.

Key Capabilities
  • Strong knowledge of the Nestlé Quality Management System and NCE practices.
  • Ability to work effectively within Material & Recipe Management networks
  • Credibility and confidence when partnering with technical experts in manufacturing, nutrition, quality, safety, regulatory affairs, and supply chain.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence teams and drive alignment across global and regional stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate compliance, formulation, and manufacturing requirements into practical recipe management standards and execution plans.
