CLA is growing and seeking to hire a
Senior Associate - R&D Tax Credits to join our talented Federal Tax Strategies (FTS) team. The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment.

Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment. Most important, demonstrate a high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
How you'll create opportunities in the FTS Senior Associate - R&D Tax Credits role:- Assist FTS leaders with the delivery of research and development (R&D) tax credit studies for various industries.
- Willingness to develop a deep understanding of various industries including Manufacturing, Agriculture, Construction, Healthcare and Technology.
- Demonstrated success in a business environment.
- Assist managers, directors, and principals with client consultations, technical interviews, calculation review, site visits, and report development.
- Mentor associates and other team members on their inspired career.
- Utilize entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally with clients and the community.
What you will need:- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience required
- Experience in business services or consulting preferred
- Eligible to sit for the CPA preferred

The compensation range for this position in Illinois is: $74,000.00 - $131,000.00
