How You'll Make an Impact- Develop quality plans for new parts, ensuring compliance with customer requirements.
- Maintain process integrity by interpreting quality procedures and technical documentation.
- Identify and eliminate manufacturing flow obstacles for continuous improvement.
- Lead quality systems activities, including audits and corrective actions using tools like 5-Why and Fishbone.
- Facilitate Kaizen events for process enhancements.
- Conduct internal and supplier ISO audits.
- Promote safety and accountability, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards.
- Manage staffing, training, and employee attendance for a team of quality technicians charged with final quality verification of products for on-time shipments.
What You Bring- Bachelor's degree in engineering or 5+ years of relevant experience.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or investment casting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in team building and conflict resolution.
- Knowledge of ISO9001 or AS9100 standards; Auditor Certification and knowledge of ISO14001 or ISO45001 are a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical writing skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
- The candidate must be able to work with export-controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.
