Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA engineering experience in a senior or lead role
• Strong manual testing background in enterprise software or infrastructure
• Proven experience in building and managing physical test environments
• Solid knowledge of VMware environments and hyperconverged concepts
• Strong Linux and Windows Server expertise
• Familiarity with networking and storage fundamentals
• Experience in writing detailed test plans and documentation
• Security/vulnerability testing experience using industry tools
• Ability to coordinate work within a team effectively

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute functional, regression, integration, and solutions testing
• Write and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Design and maintain test rigs to replicate real-world deployments
• Perform security and vulnerability testing, validating fixes
• Execute VMware certification and compatibility testing
• Manage the QA lab environment, coordinating hardware and scheduling
• Assign and track test tasks across the QA team
• Investigate customer-reported issues across various technologies
• Contribute to product and support documentation
• Develop and deliver training on products and QA practices
• Collaborate closely with development and support teams
