Job Description
We are seeking a
Senior Project Team Leadership (PTL) Process Master.Located on-site in
Chesapeake, VA.
ESN is seeking a Senior Project Team Leadership (PTL) Process Master to support a contract with our Navy customer at Newport News Shipbuilding in Newport News, VA. This opportunity provides maintenance support for all aircraft carrier availabilities in the areas of Knowledge Management, Process Improvement, and Change Management.
Experience Requirement:- Execution of a Major (CNO) CVN Maintenance Availability as a Project Superintendent (APS/DPS/PS).
Education & Certification Requirement:- Master's degree in a Business Management discipline and 5 years professional experience in directly involved in the planning and execution of CVN availabilities from a shipyard perspective.
OR
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and 10 years professional experience in directly involved in the planning and execution of CVN availabilities from a shipyard perspective.
OR
- Associate's degree in a relevant discipline and 15 years professional experience in directly involved in the planning and execution of CVN availabilities from a shipyard perspective.
Security Clearance:- Must hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET clearance.
