Senior Project SchedulerSummary: As a Senior Project Scheduler, you will provide full support to the Mechanical & Electrical Group to ensure accurate, complete, and on-time administrative work is performed to meet departmental and organizational goals. The salary range is $115,000.00 - $160,000.00 depending on experience.

Responsibilities: - Develop and Maintain a CPM Schedule in P6 Primavera.
- Maintain Project Baseline to ensure schedule compliance.
- Schedule and logically tie delays, change orders, to show schedule impacts to baseline.
- Develop detailed activity logic and relationships.
- Maintain calendars, constraints, lags, and resource loading.
- Establish the critical path and near-critical paths.
- Perform schedule updates based on actual field progress, not contractor-reported percentages alone.
- Develop 2-week, 4-week and 6-week look-ahead schedules.
- Identify slippage and schedule trends early.
- Weekly Manpower Curves, Histograms, Variance reporting.
- Correlate estimated planned hours and estimated units to report remaining hours, remaining units and forecasting metrics to identify productivity.
- SPI, CPI and E/A reporting.
- Manage schedule and quantity tracker from field reporting updates.
Education, Skills, Experience Needed: - Seasoned experience with Primavera P6 software with large industrial planning experience required.
- 6yrs+ of continuous planning and project controls experience.
- Strong ability to interpret and analyze data and create accurate reporting to disseminate to the project team.
- Strong proficiency with construction management and industry software skills required. Bluebeam, HCSS Heavy Job, Primavera P6.
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Strong ability in data/cost analysis, interpretation, formulation, and development of reporting.
- Ability to read, comprehend and apply technical writing in regard to mechanical and electrical work, constructability, government contract and standard construction terminology and specifications
- Excellent attention to details and follow through; strong problem-solving and logical application skills; ability to anticipate and negotiate potential issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to write clearly and concisely
- Strong ability to present well and professionally collaborate with a diverse assortment of individuals and groups
- Ability to adapt, with minimal or no advanced notice, to changes in how business is conducted and work is accomplished
