Job Description: Manage large customer projects and Marine Products following applicable company polices and processes. Orchestrate complex contracts and modernization projects at installed base customer sites. Lead the project team to ensure full customer satisfaction and financial performance. Manage the relationship with the customer and third parties within project scope and accountable for the execution of the project in line with the contract. Serve as the primary point of contact for marine customers' operations; lead and coordinate all activities related to the company's engagement with global customers' operations; and oversee project execution and ongoing post-sales support. Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. Allocate resources effectively to meet project deliverables, customers' needs, ensuring optimal collaboration, communication, and utilization of resources. Monitor project progress and post-sales support cases including emergency response, warranty, technical questions, and quality issues. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions, as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to ensure an agile multi-country collaboration service execution and post-sales support. Apply technical knowledge in marine products (e.g., modernizing the electrical equipment on several cruise ships to enhance efficiency, reliability, and environmental sustainability by reducing energy consumption) to identify ideal solutions for customers and propose technical solutions, with ability to challenge solutions. Promote the company by proposing new solutions and services to customers. Remote eligible up to 3 days/wk.
Requirements: Associate's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Electrical Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering field. 5 years in project or tender management, engineering consulting, or related occupation. Work experience to include: Managing projects on an international scale, considering different regulations, cultures, and business practices; Developing strong customer relationships with customers and acting as the main point of contact for project management; Managing marine project technologies to include: Variable Frequency Drive Systems, Programmable Logic Controls, Arc Flash Hazard Analysis & Mitigation Techniques, Uninterruptable Power Supplies, and Shipboard Power Distribution Systems; Managing project teams, including multidisciplinary teams spread across different countries, while coordinating tasks and ensuring alignment with project objectives; Identifying and mitigating risks associated with international projects; and Managing contractual aspects, including negotiation, with customers.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 117,600 - USD 176,400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
