Role description:Arcadis' New York office is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic Workplace team, contributing to a range of high-profile projects. In this role, you'll oversee various accounts, fostering strong relationships with both clients and internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of our workplace solutions.
Role accountabilities:- Manage and oversee all active workplace projects from pursuit through closeout.
- Coordinate project execution across all phases, including:
- Opportunities / pipeline management
- Oracle project setup and tracking
- Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) coordination
- Forecasting and resource planning
- Invoicing and financial tracking
- RFP responses and proposal development
- Fee development and contract coordination
- Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, and profitability.
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams, consultants, and clients regarding project status and delivery.
- Ensure timely completion of deliverables and maintain high standards of quality and client service.
- Support risk management, change management, and project reporting.
Qualifications & Experience:- 8-10 years of experience, with a strong background in interior architecture, workplace design and project management
- Strong experience managing workplace/interiors architecture or design projects.
- Working knowledge of project financials, forecasting, invoicing, and fee management.
- Familiarity with tools such as Oracle, ACC, and other project management platforms.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $165,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
