Senior Project Manager - Water/Wastewater Engineer (PE)

Lead your civil engineering career where your work supports critical water and wastewater infrastructure across the Southeast. What you'll do:
• Lead and manage complex water and wastewater infrastructure and process design projects for municipal and private sector clients
• Oversee the preparation of construction drawings, specifications, and technical reports
• Direct hydraulic modeling and system analysis using tools such as WaterCAD, SewerCAD, InfoWorks WS, or InfoWater
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, including municipalities and water/sewer authorities
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget across multiple projects to ensure successful delivery
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance development for engineering staff
• Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, consultants, and internal multidisciplinary teams
• Utilize project tracking tools to monitor financial performance, schedules, and resource allocation
• Support business development efforts and maintain and expand client relationships
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

What you bring:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• 15+ years of experience in the design and management of municipal water and wastewater projects
• Strong knowledge of Civil 3D, WaterCAD, SewerCAD, and Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with InfoWorks WS and/or InfoWater (Innovyze) preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple large or complex projects simultaneously
• Experience leading, mentoring, and developing engineering teams
• Strong understanding of project management principles including scope, schedule, and budget control
• Proficiency with project tracking tools such as Vision or Microsoft Project
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approach
• Experience working in the southeastern United States preferred

Schedule:

On-site: Monday-Thursday 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.; Friday 7:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m.
Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
