Qualifications

• 5-7 years of project management experience in a digital or creative agency setting.
• Hands-on experience managing projects on Shopify, with familiarity with Shopify Plus considered advantageous.
• Understanding of e-commerce flows, UX best practices, and web development processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to assess when to escalate issues or to dig deeper into solutions.
• Proficiency with various project management tools.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset that anticipates and addresses potential blockers.
• Ability to engage with creative, strategic, and technical teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Shopify-based web and e-commerce projects from initiation through launch and subsequent growth.
• Own and maintain project plans, timelines, resources, budgets, and day-to-day client communications.
• Act as the primary liaison among clients, developers, creatives, and strategists.
• Convert business objectives and client feedback into specific tasks and timelines.
• Collaborate with Shopify developers to define technical features and functionalities.
• Oversee review and testing of work to ensure quality and accuracy prior to delivery.
• Maintain calm and effective communication, especially in dynamic situations where changes occur.
