Full Job Description
Our client is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager. They are a company that specializes in pre-fabrication work, steel stud, dry wall, acoustic ceilings and use EDGE as their programming. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and oversee the successful execution of projects. They will create planning steps, manage the budget and identify the required resources for the project. To be successful as a senior project manager you must have excellent organizational skills and be able to manage all aspects of the project simultaneously. In this role you will be expected to:
  • Create a planning schedule.
  • Secure funding for projects.
  • Ensure that team members complete tasks according to the schedule.
  • Identify if staff members require further training and provide this training.
  • Research industry trends and innovations.
  • Prepare progress reports for stakeholders and investors.
  • Ensure that health and safety laws are followed.
  • Conduct employee performance reviews.

Required Qualifications:

  • A degree in project management, business management or a related field.
  • 5 Years of experience with project management
