Senior Project Manager to lead complex structural steel projects while providing leadership and mentorship to our Project Management team. This role is responsible for driving successful project execution from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and with exceptional client satisfaction.
What You'll Do- Lead multiple structural steel projects through all phases of construction.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, RFIs, and procurement activities.
- Build strong relationships with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Lead, coach, and mentor Project Managers while supporting team performance and development.
- Drive project profitability, schedule performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and resolve project risks, challenges, and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
RequirementsWhat We're Looking For- 15+ years of experience in structural steel, steel fabrication, steel erection, or construction.
- 12+ years of project management experience.
- Strong understanding of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
- Ability to read and interpret contracts, drawings, and specifications.
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
- Proven leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- PMP certification is a plus.
