This project leadership role is responsible for driving project success, cultivating strong client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across cost, quality, and schedule. You'll serve as a key member of the Owner-Architect-Contractor team and play a vital role in delivering extraordinary results.
What You'll Do:
Oversee the full project lifecycle-from conceptual estimating and lump sum/GMP development to final delivery.
Lead pre-construction and construction execution with a sharp eye on budget, timeline, and quality.
Develop, negotiate, and manage contracts, scopes of work, and purchase orders with clarity and precision.
Drive project profitability through rigorous cost controls, change order management, and margin forecasting.
Facilitate project communication and accountability across all stakeholders-internal and external.
Coordinate subcontractor/vendor selection, bidding, and contract awards.
Lead OAC meetings, set agendas, and ensure alignment across project partners.
Build lasting relationships with clients and subcontractors by consistently going above and beyond.
Simultaneously manage multiple projects, demonstrating technical expertise and strong field awareness.
