As Senior Project Manager, your first and foremost responsibility will be managing large, complex projects to ensure seamless execution of all department business. Qualifications What You'll Do: - You'll work collaboratively with your functional and cross-functional teams. - You'll own the planning & management of a collection of large, complex projects & clients for the agency. - You'll manage and coach junior team members to ensure they are meeting Project Management Core Standards and progressing against their growth path. - You'll identify opportunities for process improvements within the discipline of Project Management and within delivery. - You'll create milestone-centric project plans. Build them out in our Project Management software including milestones, tasks and dates. - You'll create a budget management process for each client / project and provide project profitability visibility. - You'll provide the Resource Manager with necessary data points to effectively staff in a timely fashion. - You'll ensure resources are scheduled / booked with adequate time to achieve project milestones and outcomes. - You'll facilitate the workflow of the project from project activation through to final delivery. - You'll own and lead project check-ins. - You'll own any necessary change orders. - You'll raise awareness with project teams to help solve roadblocks and plan for implementation of identified solutions. - You'll share critical information with other departments regarding timelines, milestones, resources, budget, etc. - You'll provide forecast and cost of good sold updates. - You'll provide budget actuals monthly and support revenue recognition.
