Senior Project Manager - Spaces (Interiors & Special Projects)

About the Role

The Senior Project Managerleads interiors and special projects for Winter's SPACES division, providingleadership across every phase from preconstruction through closeout to ensureeach project meets its goals and objectives. This role guides a team of projectstaff and plays an active part in growing SPACES through business developmentand client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Lead preconstruction and project startup, including working estimates, buyout, and subcontract negotiations
  • Oversee project financials, including cost reporting, change management, and cash flow, to meet or exceed financial goals
  • Partner with the Superintendent to manage schedule, safety, quality, and subcontractor performance
  • Lead, train, and develop Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Interns
  • Lead RFQ/RFP responses and presentations, and build relationships with owners, architects, and industry partners to win new work
