POSITION SUMMARY

InServ is seeking an experienced Project Manager III (PMIII) to lead multiple large, complex industrial construction projects simultaneously.

The PMIII is responsible for overall project financial performance, schedule execution, client satisfaction, safety, and quality from project initiation through closeout. This role provides leadership across project teams, mentors developing project managers, and serves as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders.

Successful PMIIIs demonstrate strong business acumen, leadership capability, and a commitment to InServ's core values.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple large-scale projects, typically managing 8-12 projects simultaneously.
  • Develop project strategies, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate activities across operations, field leadership, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
  • Monitor project performance and communicate status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.
  • Own project financial performance, including forecasting, productivity, cost control, billing, and profitability.
  • Manage purchase orders, subcontract commitments, and change orders.
  • Drive schedule performance, milestone achievement, and recovery efforts when necessary.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Build strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for project issues and escalations.
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams and develop staffing plans aligned with project needs.
  • Mentor APMs, PM Is, and PM IIs while promoting accountability and collaboration.
  • Support conflict resolution and effective communication across teams.
  • Champion safety and quality performance while partnering with field leadership to minimize incidents and rework.
  • Participate in investigations and corrective actions when needed.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement process improvements.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 10+ years of project management experience in industrial construction or a related industry.
  • Proven success managing multiple complex capital projects simultaneously.
  • Strong financial, scheduling, and change management skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience coaching and developing others.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and project conditions.
  • PMP or CAPM certification preferred.
  • Demonstrated commitment to InServ's core values.

• Depending on project needs and location, travel is approximately 30% of the regular work schedule.
