Postition OverviewIES Residential is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team. Previous project management and construction operations experience is preferred. We are looking for a highly organized, results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively oversee project execution, manage teams, and support operational success.
Responsibilities- Manage and oversee all phases of construction and operational projects from initiation through completion.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, subcontractors, office staff, and field personnel regarding project requirements and timelines.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to support successful project execution.
- Monitor project progress, productivity, and financial performance to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Identify and resolve project-related issues, delays, and operational concerns in a timely manner.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project teams and field personnel.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Prepare and maintain project reports, documentation, and status updates for management and stakeholders.
- Contribute as a team player in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service at all times.
- Perform additional administrative and operational support tasks as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Specific Qualifications
Qualifications- Previous project management, construction management, or operations management experience preferred.
- Electrical industry experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with computers, project management software, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to analyze project data and make sound business decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings such as background and motor vehicle record checks.
- English speaking, reading, and writing preferred, and required where necessary to perform job duties.
- Spanish speaking preferred.
- Maintain professionalism and a positive, respectful demeanor with customers, coworkers, and business partners.
Education/Experience- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Relevant industry certifications or licenses preferred, and required where necessary to perform job duties.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment- Ability to effectively multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and adapt to changing operational demands.
- Ability to work overtime, modified schedules, or occasional weekends as business needs require.
- Work in a typical office environment, sitting at a desk and performing prolonged computer work, with occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
- Maintain dependable transportation and consistent, reliable attendance to meet customer service and operational needs.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions within established company policies and procedures.
- Communicate in person, by phone, and electronically, including on a tablet, smartphone, and other office technology.
- Travel as required to support project and operational needs.
- Perform all work on-site and in person; this is not a remote or hybrid position.
- Lift, carry, push, and pull at least 25 pounds.
