What You'll DoAs a Senior Project Manager, you'll lead hospitality construction projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring exceptional results while building strong relationships along the way.
- Lead with ownership: Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and overall execution to deliver successful projects.
- Build strong partnerships: Serve as a trusted point of contact for owners, architects, consultants, and trade partners.
- Collaborate to win: Partner closely with Superintendents, Project Engineers, and the broader M&F team to keep projects moving forward.
- Solve forward: Anticipate challenges, communicate proactively, and develop solutions that protect project goals.
- Deliver exceptional quality: Understand the unique details, finishes, coordination, and client expectations that make hospitality projects successful.

What We're Looking For- Experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor with at least 10 years of experience.
- Hospitality construction experience, preferably hotels, resorts, or similar guest-focused projects.
- Proven ability to manage complex commercial construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of construction financials, contracts, scheduling, procurement, and project execution.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with owners, architects, trade partners, and project teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work on-site and support projects in the DFW area
- A construction-related degree or equivalent relevant experience is preferred.
