The opportunity

Innovate and Lead - In this role, you'll be at the forefront of transformative transportation projects that shape Ontario's future. As a Senior Project Manager in our Transportation - Highways group, you'll lead complex MTO design assignments, including highway components of major P3 and alternative delivery projects. Your expertise will drive solutions that enhance mobility and connect communities.

Your impact
  • Deliver highway design solutions for large-scale infrastructure projects that improve safety and efficiency across Ontario
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams through all phases of MTO projects, ensuring technical excellence and timely delivery
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, and quality standards to meet client expectations and project milestones
  • Collaborate with clients, agencies, and partners to align project goals with community needs
  • Drive proposal development and cost estimates for high-profile projects, including P3 and alternative delivery models

BC, AB, SK, NWT & NT: $147,500 - $195,400
MB & ON: $134,600 - $184,600
Atlantic Provinces & QC: $133,200 - $176,900
