Senior Project Manager, Enterprise Project Management Office in

Head Office.Expected Compensation: The expected hiring range for this role is $104,000 to $125,000 based on a 35-hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity.

Why we'll love You:- Have a Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree or certifications like PMP, Agile, or Change Management are assets)
- Bring 10+ years' experience leading enterprise-scale, cross-functional projects, including SaaS implementations
- Experienced working in matrix environments and navigating complex stakeholder groups
- Proficient in overseeing RFP processes, from development to vendor selection, ensuring solutions align with project objectives and organizational standards
- Communicate clearly with executive, technical, and operational audiences
- Strong at building collaborative relationships with internal and external partners
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a sharp attention to detail
- Proactive, self-directed, and committed to high-quality delivery
- Previous experience in the insurance industry or with business transformation projects is an asset
Once here, you'll:- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, high-impact projects across business units such as operations, marketing, product, HR, finance, and technology
- Create and manage project plans across all key disciplines-scope, schedule, budget, risk, and communications
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure aligned execution and successful outcomes
- Lead and manage the RFP process from requirements gathering through vendor evaluation and selection, ensuring solutions meet project and organizational needs
- Anticipate and manage interdependencies, capacity challenges, and risks
- Apply strategic thinking to align project goals with broader organizational objectives, identify opportunities, and proactively mitigate risks
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle, from planning to operational handoff
- Mentor and coach junior project managers to develop skills, maintain standards, and support consistent project delivery
- Communicate progress and status updates tailored to various stakeholder groups, including senior leadership
- Drive strategic thinking and contribute to future-state planning during project execution
- Champion continuous improvement through post-project reviews and process enhancements
