Overview

Job Summary:
Plans, initiates, and manages information technology projects.
Lead and guide the work of technical staff.
Develops and presents monthly progress reports.
Provides mentorship and guidance to the PMO members to ensure projects flow through the proper process and standards.
Audits work of PMO members to verify work quality.
Executes process improvement assessments and makes recommendations to improve workflow and collaboration.
Ensures that all meetings attended have accurate records kept which includes but is not limited to meeting minutes, technical documents, briefs, action items, and decisions.
Proficient in English, written and spoken.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.
Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage.
