Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with 8-15 years of experience to manage delivery for the Tech Evolution (TechEv) Managed Service Provider (MSP) agreement, along with providing project management and reporting support to the Centralized Quality Assurance (CQA) team. The role requires strong technical project management, vendor management, analytics, and reporting capabilities. The candidate will be responsible for holding internal teams and external vendors accountable for commitments, timelines, and deliverables while independently managing complex technology initiatives. The role also involves developing and maintaining data-driven reports and dashboards using Jira, SQL, and Tableau to provide visibility into delivery performance, milestones, risks, aging, trends, and QA metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end delivery for the Tech Evolution (TechEv) MSP agreement and provide project management and reporting support to the Centralized Quality Assurance (CQA) team.
• Manage large, complex, multi-team technology initiatives and ensure timely delivery of project commitments and deliverables.
• Oversee MSP and vendor management activities, including delivery, scope, dependencies, risks, and accountability.
• Hold internal teams and external vendors accountable for commitments, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage Statements of Work (SOW), scope changes, milestones, and acceptance criteria.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
• Develop and maintain data-driven reporting and dashboards using Jira, SQL, and Tableau.
• Provide visibility into delivery performance, milestones, risks, aging, trends, and quality assurance metrics.
• Develop executive dashboards, KPIs, and delivery reports to communicate project status and business insights.
• Analyze project and delivery data to identify risks, missed expectations, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Professionally challenge project teams and vendors regarding delivery status, commitments, and missed expectations, and drive issues through resolution.
• Support centralized QA and Quality Engineering initiatives, including test automation, regression testing, defect management, test execution, and quality metrics.
• Identify and drive AI opportunities to improve operational efficiency, generate AI-powered test automation, and enhance reporting and analytics.
• Leverage AI-driven testing approaches to accelerate test creation, improve automation coverage, reduce manual testing, and increase testing efficiency.
• Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, application teams, and leadership to ensure effective project execution.
• Translate technical and project data into clear business insights and executive-level communications.
• Drive continuous improvement across project delivery, vendor performance, reporting, and quality assurance processes.
Required Qualifications:
• 8-15 years of overall experience, including 8+ years of technology project or program management experience.
• Experience managing large, complex, multi-team technology initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to professionally challenge teams and vendors, drive accountability, and ensure commitments and deliverables are met.
• Experience in MSP and vendor management, including delivery oversight, scope, dependencies, risks, and accountability.
• Strong written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
• Experience managing Statements of Work (SOW), scope changes, milestones, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong expertise in risk, issue, dependency, and escalation management.
• Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Advanced Jira skills, including JQL, dashboards, workflows, reporting, backlog and aging analysis, and data validation.
• Advanced Tableau, SQL, Excel, and data analysis skills.
• Ability to develop executive dashboards, KPIs, and delivery reporting.
• Experience supporting a centralized QA or Quality Engineering organization.
• Strong understanding of AI-driven automated testing, including AI-assisted test creation, automation coverage improvement, reduction of manual testing, and testing efficiency.
• Advanced knowledge of Robot Framework.
• Strong understanding of test automation, regression testing, defect management, test execution, and quality metrics.
• Ability to translate technical and project data into clear business insights.
• Proven ability to drive accountability across vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving, and continuous-improvement mindset.

• Experience with Power BI.
• Experience with Git/GitHub.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and processes.
• Experience identifying and implementing AI opportunities to improve project delivery, test automation, reporting, and analytics.
