JOB DESCRIPTION
Senior Project Lead
The Senior Project Lead maintains overall responsibility for program execution and performance. This key position leads a geographically dispersed workforce of at least 25 contract personnel supporting military logistics activities. The Senior Project Lead ensures qualified staffing, timely and high-quality deliverables, strong customer communication, and delivery of Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements within budget.
A government contract requires that this position be restricted to U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents. You must provide documentation that you are a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident to qualify.

Estimated Starting Salary Range for Sr PL: ** Although this is not yet an approved position, we are accepting applications for this future and anticipated need. The applicable salary range will be posted promptly upon award of the contract and once funding for the position has been determined. No offer will be extended prior to posting the applicable salary range.

Sr PL Responsibilities Include:
- Maintain overall responsibility for program operations, performance, and deliverables.
- Provide management and oversight for at least 25 contract personnel.
- Ensure all program functions have adequate, qualified staffing.
- Maintain close communication with the government customer to ensure program objectives are met.
- Ensure deliverables are timely, high quality, and provide value to the customer.
- Facilitate program improvements and address operational needs.
- Lead delivery of complex support requirements in accordance with the PWS, schedule, and budget.
- Apply applicable laws, policies, regulations, and precedents to logistics planning and program execution and sustainment.
- Perform other duties typical of or related to Senior Project Lead responsibilities.
Sr PL Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
Required Qualifications
- Five to six years of experience supporting integrated logistics and support assignments requiring broad knowledge of logistics or supply requirements and techniques.
- Five to six years of Project Lead experience managing government contract projects.
- Five to six years of military supply and maintenance experience supporting wholesale and retail Secondary Reparable management.
- Five to six years of experience managing geographically dispersed personnel.
- Five to six years of experience overseeing at least 25 personnel supporting military logistics activities worldwide.
- Ability to analyze problems, identify significant factors, gather relevant data, and develop and apply effective solutions.
- Ability to plan, organize, and execute complex tasks successfully.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with personnel at multiple organizational levels and ranks.
Knowledge of laws, policies, regulations, and precedents applicable to logistics planning, program execution, and sustainment.
