Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field; equivalent experience may be accepted.
• 6+ years of construction, design, and management experience.
• Experience on heavy civil or industrial construction projects.
• Working knowledge of construction techniques, drawings, specifications, and materials.
• Strong team collaboration abilities and responsibility acceptance.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with others.
• Familiarity with Project Management database systems like Primavera Contract Manager and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to project management and supervision staff.
• Assist with procurement and management of subcontractors and project materials.
• Prepare and disseminate all necessary documentation and status updates.
• Create drawings and sketches to aid construction efforts and method statements.
• Research and resolve drawing interpretation problems and initiate RFIs.
• Implement procedures for managing construction contracts and documents.
• Review incoming correspondence and manage project communication effectively.
