What You'll DoYou'll lead transportation projects from concept through construction while serving as a trusted technical resource for clients and project teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing highway and transportation projects from planning through construction support
- Leading roadway design using NYSDOT standards and Federal Aid requirements
- Preparing design reports, construction plans, specifications, and bid documents
- Providing technical leadership and quality oversight throughout project delivery
- Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and agency partners
- Mentoring engineers and helping develop the next generation of transportation professionals
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, practical infrastructure solutions

What You'll Bring- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- New York Professional Engineer (PE) license (preferred) or willingness to obtain shortly after joining
- Eight or more years of transportation engineering experience
- Strong experience delivering NYSDOT and Federal Aid transportation projects
- Proficiency with MicroStation/OpenRoads and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead project teams while building productive client relationships
