  • Entrepreneurial Platform: Opportunity to help build and shape MJ\'s Western NY presence
  • People-Centric, High-Performance Culture: Collaborative, growth-focused, and built on long-term success

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver complex, multidisciplinary projects across the public and private sectors of aviation, civil/site, and/or structural disciplines
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term relationships and identifying growth opportunities
  • Manage project scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring technical excellence and quality delivery
  • Guide and mentor engineers and technical staff across teams
  • Play a key role in business development, including proposals and client engagement
  • Partner with leadership to expand our footprint in Western NY and the Northeast
  • Represent the firm at industry events and within key aviation/infrastructure organizations

  • Experience working on airport projects, including terminal facilities, is a plus
  • Interest in client relationship management and business development
  • Familiarity with the Northeast market, including funding sources
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in NY (or ability to obtain)
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited) or related field

Benefits & Perks
  • $120,000 - $165,000 base salary with performance-based incentive payment plan/bonus structure.
