Job Title: Senior Medical Affairs Project Coordinator
Location: Raritan, NJ
Type: Contract
Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000
Work Model: Hybrid - onsite and remote
Hours: 40 hours per week
Responsibilities: - Manage advisory board and publication meeting logistics, including CWT sourcing requests, contract management, PO, SOW, and Totality submissions.
- Track and manage advisor contract redlines, communicate with contracting team, and ensure all medical affairs projects comply with regulations and receive appropriate reviews.
- Coordinate congress planning and medical education activities with vendor agencies, GMA personnel, and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee SharePoint management, email distributions, and contract execution processes, including eMP requests, PO increases, Work Order amendments, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain trackers for finance and budget tracking related to Oncology projects, ensuring accurate cross-referencing of eMP, Totality, contract, and PO numbers.
- Conduct weekly/bi-weekly meetings with portfolio and disease area teams to review progress and updates.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Proven experience managing advisory boards or similar initiatives with strong project management skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with KOLs and senior stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to travel for on-site congresses and advisory board meetings as needed.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
