Full Job Description
Rockstar Games is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to join our Publishing department. You'd be responsible for coordinating team workflows and making recommendations to improve efficacy across the larger Publishing department.

The successful candidate will have the ability to synthesize the needs of disparate teams and objectives to create an aligned, tangible, and trackable project flow for leadership. They will share Rockstar Games' passion for advancing culture and entertainment, possess exceptional attention to detail, and an unwavering commitment to high-quality output.

This is a full-time, in-office position based out of Rockstar's NYC headquarters in Downtown Manhattan.
WHAT WE DO
  • We partner with teams across Rockstar, including Strategic Planning, Online Services, Business Development, Commerce, Marketing, and Consumer Insights & Analytics, on evaluating new opportunities and leading strategic projects.
  • Using research, industry knowledge, and analysis, we track ongoing developments across the interactive entertainment industry and support ongoing and new initiatives for departments across the organization.
  • We ensure seamless execution of plans internally, in our game titles and across the world, including the always on marketing of our Online game titles, Grand Theft Auto Online, and Red Dead Online.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop a clear understanding of team workflows to synchronize projects to ensure they are delivered and impactful.
  • Ensure team leads are aware of key upcoming milestones and have access to the appropriate detail and context to make informed decisions.
  • Maintain dynamic project tracking that serves as the central source of truth for our workflows.
  • Ensure success metrics are tracked for all key projects.
  • Maintain an ongoing process for documentation and publication of key project results using Confluence and other tools.
  • Work closely with delivery teams to prioritize cross-functional requirements, identify dependencies, and manage strategic roadmaps for projects accordingly.
REQUIREMENTS
  • 4+ years of project management & operations experience with an emphasis on entertainment, tech, and/or strategy.
  • Proficiency in multiple software tools to manage projects and facilitate related communication, including and not limited to Excel, Work Management Tools (i.e., Monday, JIRA, Asana), Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Outstanding written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A detail-oriented and organized approach to both autonomous and team-based workflows.
  • Experience working in a highly iterative, collaborative environment, with ability to adjust and respond to rapidly shifting priorities.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take initiative.
  • A thoughtful approach to all facets of work, with a genuine desire to achieve the best possible results, and above all, continue to learn.
  • Ability to remain calm, cool, and collected in high-pressure scenarios, ultimately bringing a positive, solutions-oriented attitude to all interactions.

The pay range for this position in New York State (inclusive of New York City) at the start of employment is expected to be between the range below* per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.

Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
