Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, plus 7 years of project controls experience.
• Applicable experience may substitute for a degree requirement.
• Proven experience in critical path scheduling, project cost management, estimating, and document control.
• Familiarity with Oracle Primavera P6 preferred, enhancing scheduling capabilities.
• Strong detailed construction scheduling and interfacing with engineering and procurement activities preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on presentation skills and detail orientation.
• OSHA 10-hour safety certification or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls processes and consult with project management for client satisfaction.
• Validate setup and management of Enterprise Planning & Controls software.
• Develop and manage reporting data warehouse to produce program controls reports and forecasts.
• Provide leadership and training to team members on complex project control issues.
• Develop relationships with clients, customers, and contractors to foster collaboration.
• Analyze project costs, schedules, and cash flow reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Perform field audits and quality checks on project controls deliverables.
