Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent expertise required.
• 7-10 years experience with RNG plants, including landfill and biogas settings.
• Experience in RNG equipment design, manufacturing, testing, and startup.
• Excellent problem-solving skills for real-time issue resolution.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities amidst conflicting interests.
• Organizational skills for collaborative project management with various stakeholders.
• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office; CAD is an advantage.
• Project management skills, PMP certification is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel nationwide up to 50%, including extended on-site stays.

Responsibilities

• Manage the start-up of RNG plants from SAT to full commissioning and operational acceptance.
• Coordinate activities of internal and external parties to ensure timely, cost-efficient operations.
• Provide leadership and coaching to Engineers and Technicians.
• Offer support for individual skid and Balance of Plant controls.
• Facilitate communication between customers, contractors, and vendors to balance needs.
• Resolve field issues in a timely manner to maintain successful operations.
