Operate independently in a streamlined organizational structure. A successful candidate will be equally comfortable leading a team of analysts or a project, exhibit good problem-solving skills, adapt well to changing environments and operate with initiative.
Tasks Performed: - Prepare Contract Deliverable Requirements List artifacts for delivery.
- Assist in authoring Statements of Work.
- Assist in developing acquisition documentation.
- Research and analyze project data and report findings.
- Develop spend plan and schedule baselines and track performance.
- Document risks and mitigation strategies.
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements and report status.
- Develop and maintain project documentation.
Required Education/Experience:SENIOR: A Senior level person within a labor category has over 10 years of experience related to the functional duties for that labor category and a MA/MS degree.
Allowable Education/Experience Substitutions:
Ten (10) years of additional relevant work experience may be substituted for a Master's degree. Associate's degree plus eight (8) years of additional relevant work experience may be substituted for a Master's Degree. Bachelor's Degree plus four (4) years of additional relevant work experience may be substituted for a master's degree.
Desired Experience: - Proficiency in the Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, MS Teams, etc.)

Estimated Travel: 10%
Location: On-site Lexington Park, MD.
Pay Range: $105,000-$175,000. Salary will be set based on experience, education, and contractual requirements. This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of CRL's compensation package.
