OverviewThe Senior Program Manager leads the production of multi-channel projects of large size or complexity and is ultimately responsible for the delivery of high-quality deliverables that power client satisfaction, meet business requirements, and balance client and agency economics.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Project Management: Uses a flexible approach, is an expert in at least one production channel (digital, print, or video), and understands others well enough to solve problems strategically.
- Statements of Work (SOWs): Prepares and reviews complex SOWs quickly and accurately, ensuring budgets reflect the actual work required.
- Financials: Accurately estimates project costs and manages budgets.
- Critical Thinking & Technology: Demonstrates strong critical thinking and adapts quickly to new technologies.
- Agency Processes: Champions agency processes, defines team workflows, and ensures adherence.
Strategy
- Creativity & Planning: Finds creative solutions to resource and time constraints, creates and manages project plans collaboratively.
- Quality & Process Improvement: Ensures quality control, proactively identifies and implements process improvements, and suggests alternative solutions.
- Problem Solving & Conflict Resolution: Brings solutions to management, arbitrates team conflicts, and facilitates cross-team solutions.
- Resource Allocation & Communication: Leads resource allocation discussions, keeps the team informed, and manages communication plans.
- Risk Management: Actively identifies and mitigates risks related to quality, budget, and timelines.
Tactics and Execution
- Financial Oversight: Manages costs across projects, provides accurate forecasts.
- Conflict Resolution & Resource Planning: Proactively resolves conflicts and leads resource planning.
- Vendor & Production Management: Manages third-party vendors and oversees production from start to finish.
- Change Management: Handles change requests and documents scope changes.
- Team Leadership: Fosters positive relationships, mentors team members, and supports onboarding.
- Culture: Contributes to a positive team culture and environment.
Client Relationship
- Problem Solving & Communication: Confidently solves problems, manages difficult conversations, and ensures clear, timely client communication.
- Relationship Building: Engages with client procurement, builds trust and credibility, and understands client processes and priorities.
- Expectation Management: Manages expectations for both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Deliverables: Ensures all production deliverables meet client requirements.
Qualifications- Professional presentation and client facing skills
- Effective negotiation and conflict management skills
- Advanced in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in Microsoft Project
- Knowledge of digital required
- Knowledge of healthcare is a strong plus

- Bachelors degree required
- Demonstrates progression in level of responsibility within a professional project management environment
- Agency or digital project experience preferred
- Experience in communications or marketing environment preferred

Compensation Range: USD $75,050.00 - USD $120,159.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
