Position Summary
FedSync is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead its corporate Program Management Office (PMO). This is an enterprise-level role overseeing a portfolio of federal contracts, not a single project. The Senior Program Manager sets program management standards across the company, holds portfolio-level P&L accountability and mentors the Program and Project Managers who run individual contracts.
The role reports to executive leadership and partners with Business Development, Contracts, Finance and HR to shape FedSync's growth. It is a step up for a proven federal Program Manager ready to move from leading one program to leading the program function. This position is remote with quarterly travel requirements.

Lead the corporate PMO and provide executive oversight of all FedSync federal contracts and task orders.
Establish and maintain enterprise program management standards, processes, tools, templates and governance.

Serve as executive point of contact for government customers and escalate or resolve contract-level issues.
Recruit, develop and mentor Program and Project Managers; build a bench of Key Personnel for future bids.
Partner with Business Development on capture and proposals: solution design, staffing plans, pricing input and past performance.
Lead new-contract transitions and recompete readiness across the portfolio.
Ensure company-wide compliance with FAR/DFARS, quality, security and audit requirements; drive strong CPARS ratings.
Report portfolio health and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
