Job Description
Cape Fox subsidiary Kwaan Tech is seeking a qualified Program Manager. The Program Manager will work collaboratively with the leadership team to achieve program performance and business growth objectives and identify challenges that may lie ahead. The Program Manager will provide senior operational program support for contract program operations and will directly supervise and manage program performance to ensure service delivery meets contractual requirements and are conducted within the guidelines and directives.
The Program Manager will coordinate and strategize the company new business pipeline and business proposal activities for new business opportunities. The Program Manager must be knowledgeable of program management and business development. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Provides program management support for the execution of service delivery, staffing, quality control, and contract management
- Develops and fosters key customer relationships for existing contracts and targeted opportunities.
The Program Manager will possess the following special characteristics or achievements:
- Track record of innovative strategic and operating accomplishments.
- An extremely organized, disciplined, and hands-on leader who is not afraid of digging into details when necessary.
- Highly engaged, energetic, focused, and execution-oriented. Enthusiastic dedication and passion for the work of the organization.
- Experience with management of rapidly evolving programs with over 50 personnel
- Experience with management of labor relations
- Strategic vision and thinking. Ability to position the organization for the future, looking beyond the present situation to conceptualize key trends and identify changing market demands. Quickly and intelligently reacts to a dynamic and changing environment.
- Knowledgeable of how decisions impact all aspects of the business. Approaches his/her work as an interconnected system. Ability to understand major objectives and break them down into meaningful action steps. Good judgment in knowing when and how to take action.
This position offers an annual salary in the range of
$170,000 to $180,000, commensurate with candidate's relevant experience, education, and skills.*

Job Requirements
- Secret Clearance required
- Top Secret Clearance preferred
- Solid understanding of federal government professional and technical services contracting.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of government contracting experience in Program Management
- Track record of program management success and ability to develop new opportunities for business growth.
- Strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Outstanding people management and leadership skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including listening, and a genuine interest in the well-being of all in the organization.
- Self-motivated with minimal oversight.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
