SUMMARY:

The Senior Program Management Analyst provides senior-level analytical support to program management, collecting, reviewing, and analyzing information related to procurement, program planning, logistics, and program cost, including providing procurement support, tracking milestones, performing program cost analysis, and preparing reports and briefings summarizing program status. This role requires seven (7) years of experience collecting, reviewing, and analyzing information in support of programs, with demonstrated experience in procurement support, program planning, logistics, and program cost analysis. This position requires a DoD Secret or higher security clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance; U.S. Citizenship is required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collect, review, and analyze information in support of assigned programs.
• Provide procurement support, including tracking requisitions, contract deliverables, and vendor coordination.
• Support program planning activities, including schedule development and milestone tracking.
• Provide logistics support related to program execution.
• Perform program cost analysis and support budget development and tracking.
• Prepare reports, briefings, and other documentation summarizing program status and analysis findings.
• Identify trends, risks, and issues affecting program performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure program requirements are met.
• Provide guidance and technical review support to junior analysts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND LICENSURE:
• Seven (7) years of experience in collecting, reviewing, and analyzing information in support of programs. Demonstrated experience in the following areas: procurement support, program planning, logistics, and program cost analysis.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

None. This position may provide functional guidance to junior program management analysts but has no direct supervisory responsibility.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

May require lifting up to 25 pounds.

WORK AUTHORIZATION/SECURITY CLEARANCE:

DoD Secret or higher security clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS:

As a condition of employment, must pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results.
