The Senior Program Delivery Professional will provide program management and operational oversight for Stars activation and integration across the enterprise. This role will support management of the Enterprise Activation portfolio, strengthen governance, and help ensure the timely execution of projects aligned with Humana’s enterprise Stars strategy. Through cross-functional coordination and disciplined program delivery, this role will enable operational excellence and continuous improvement in Stars performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Delivery & Execution:
- Manage the delivery of Stars-related projects within Stars Enterprise Activation, ensuring milestones, timelines, are met.
- Serve as a liaison between the principal and enterprise teams, translating business needs into actionable plans.
- Lead Enterprise Activation coordination of weekly governance, leadership updates and quarterly reviews with key business partners.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, monitor dependencies and deliverables, and drive accountability to ensure work remains aligned with established milestones and enterprise priorities.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution, facilitate resolution of delivery barriers, and communicate progress, decisions, and next steps to key stakeholders.
- Maintain program dashboards, track KPIs, and provide regular status updates to leadership.
- Coordinate with enterprise partners including analytics, quality, compliance, legal, IT, and operational teams to embed Stars strategies into workflows

- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years in program and/or project management within healthcare or insurance operations
- Experience managing and tracking projects, portfolios and/or programs
- Comfortable working on new projects with limited knowledge/expertise of the content and be able to learn quickly
- Ability to execute tasks captured in a project plan
- Ability to facilitate meetings with multiple participants of varying levels capturing relevant information
- Demonstrated ability to articulate ideas effectively in both written and oral forms
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office XP products (Word & Excel)
Role Desirables
- Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- PMP certification a plus
- Experience with project management software such as: Microsoft Project & Monday
- Knowledge of Stars

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$86,300 - $118,700 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
