Full Job Description
Overview:
Own the commercial success and lifecycle management of the "Mitel WX" GoForward Unified Communications portfolio. The role serves as the bridge between Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Portfolio Strategy, and Engineering to ensure successful GTM strategy, market adoption, pricing and commercial structure, reporting and profitable growth, and launch of new Mitel WX releases
Responsibilities:
Own the GoForward/GTM portfolio strategy based on Mitel WX together with the more technical PLM and PLM leadership
Define market positioning and value proposition
Act as Mitel WX portfolio champion across the organization
Develop launch plans for major releases and new capabilities
Monitor adoption, market feedback and competitive positioning
Drive business growth objectives and market penetration
Define the adoption strategy for Mitel WX within direct sales channels
Own commercial packaging and pricing strategy for Mitel WX portfolio
Conduct pricing and commercial model analysis and business case development
Support margin optimization and revenue growth objectives
Own together with PGM the full lifecycle planning of Mitel WX portfolio
Manage migration and transition strategies from legacy UC apps to MWX
PLM Alignment with Service Portfolio lifecycle team
PLM Alignment with Mitel Secure Cloud PLM team
Define and request Q2C requirements to ensure commercial readiness
Collaborate with regional teams to accelerate customer adoption in direct/indirect sales motion
Develop sales messaging and competitive positioning and deliver regular sales webinars
Monthly business reporting and prepare Governance reviews and Business forecasts
Requirements:
5+ years Product Management, Portfolio Management, Product Marketing or Business Management experience
Strong understanding of Unified Communications and Contact Center markets
Experience with hybrid / private communications solutions or with SaaS or cloud communication platforms
Go-to-market ownership for software products
Pricing and commercial model development
Executive stakeholder management
Program Management, Sales enablement and launch management
Business case and financial analysis
Knowledge of channel and partner-led business models
Additional Skills (Advantageous):
Experience managing product lifecycles for enterprise software solutions
Familiarity with CPQ, licensing, subscription and Q2C processes
Exposure to regulated industries and vertical applications
