Senior Product Manager, Strategic Client Programs
Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Strategic Client Programs to serve as the dedicated product lead for one of Gifthealth's largest client accounts, shaping the client's program and owning the product conversation from their needs through to what engineering ships. This is a senior individual contributor role with outsized influence and a high communication bar, and Gifthealth is hiring two of these roles, each dedicated to a single top-tier account. This position plays a key role in supporting the Product department and reports to the Director of Product, Client Success ensuring alignment with organizational goals, operational excellence, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Client product vision: Own what the program looks like today, where it is going, and why, shaping it with the client rather than only for them.
Client needs, synthesized: Turn regular client conversations into clear problems, priorities, and requirements, separating what the client asks for from what they need.
Prioritization with engineering: Take synthesized needs to engineering, make the tradeoffs, write specs the team can build from, and keep delivery moving.
Feasibility and viability calls: Clearly communicate what can and cannot be done, with reasoning the client can follow, and push back respectfully when an ask will not add value.
Client success partnership: Work closely with client success leads as a shared team, aligning on what is said to the client and keeping expectations realistic.
Platform graduation: Understand what the platform supports today and where it falls short, and define whether and how work built for this client moves into the platform, in partnership with platform product.
Outcomes: Define what success looks like for the program, instrument it, and report on it to the client and internally.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Licensure/Certification: Not applicable.
Experience: 6+ years of experience in product management, including experience owning products tied to enterprise customers or large accounts.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Outcome oriented: knows what change they are driving toward and can show whether it was achieved.
High agency: owns getting to an answer and brings options when blocked, not only questions.
Comfortable with ambiguity and moves fast: finds the signal in unstructured client needs and decides what to do with it.
AI-forward: uses AI in real work, such as drafting specs, synthesizing conversations, and building mockups and lightweight prototypes to align with the client, and has shipped something real with it.
Strong client-facing credibility: has been the product counterpart to a demanding enterprise client, can run the meeting, and can say no without damaging the relationship.
Sharp judgment on feasibility and viability: understands how software gets built well enough to know what is realistic and holds that line with both client and internal stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication: can explain a tradeoff to a client executive and to an engineer in the same day, and both leave clear.
Proven ability to write specs the team can build from, including context, requirements, acceptance criteria, edge cases, and open questions.
Partners well with non-product colleagues, especially client success and account teams.
Platform thinking: can reason about when something should be bespoke and when it should become a shared capability.
Preferred:
Healthcare, pharma, or specialty pharmacy experience, including an understanding of how manufacturers think about patient access and support programs.
Experience with patient support, hub services, or access programs.
Experience in a customer-embedded or account-aligned product role.
Hands-on experience with Linear.

Location: [Location to be confirmed by HR: On-site / Hybrid / Remote]
Schedule: Full-time; typical business hours.
