Senior Product Manager

Talent Responsibilities

  • Own a global product portfolio and drive its strategic direction, growth, profitability, and long-term success.
  • Define and execute the product strategy, roadmap, aligned with corporate objectives and market needs.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, from market assessment and business case development to launch, optimization, and end-of-life management.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive developments to uncover growth opportunities and strengthen market positioning.
  • Drive cross-functional teams across Engineering, Market Management, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to successfully deliver product initiatives.
  • Develop compelling value propositions, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies that drive market adoption and business growth.
  • Manage product pricing strategies and profitability to achieve revenue, margin, and market share objectives.
  • Drive successful global product launches, ensuring effective coordination across all functions and regions, including sales and marketing content, training, supply readiness and inventory.
  • Support customer visits, industry events, and trade exhibitions to strengthen market presence, build relationships, and identify emerging opportunities.
  • Serve as a product expert, providing guidance on product-related topics and addressing product-related questions from customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.

Education
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, preferably in RF/Microwave Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Complementary education or professional training in Product Management, Business Administration or a comparable discipline, demonstrating a strong combination of technical and commercial competence.
Experience
  • Several years of successful product management experience in an industrial B2B environment.
  • Experience managing technically demanding product portfolios, including components, cable assemblies, connectivity solutions, or comparable technologies.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in a global and multicultural business environment.

Pay Transparency:
  • $135,000 - $155,000 annually
