About the role:

Boston Scientific was recognized as a Glassdoor Best Place to Work in 2026, ranking No. 15 on the Top 100 list, reflecting the culture our employees experience every day.

The Senior Product Manager, Hepatic Artery Infusion (HAI) Therapy will be responsible for developing strategies and executing omnichannel campaigns and programs needed to establish Hepatic Artery Infusion (HAI) Therapy as an integral capability within liver cancer programs, focusing on increasing physician awareness, expanding therapy utilization within existing HAI centers, and accelerating adoption across multidisciplinary care teams. The individual will work closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Clinical, Medical Education, Health Economics, Regulatory, Legal, and cross-functional marketing partners to identify adoption barriers, translate customer insights into action, and deliver measurable business impact.

The ideal candidate is a commercially minded, creative, and metrics-driven downstream marketer who understands how to influence health care professional (HCP) behavior in complex clinical environments. This person must be able to develop compelling HCP campaigns, activate field teams, engage key physician audiences, and support programs that help existing centers increase appropriate therapy utilization across indications.

The successful candidate will be expected to bring new ideas, test new approaches, and use data to optimize impact. The role requires AI fluency and practical proficiency using AI-enabled tools.

Work model, sponsorship, relocation:

At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our Arbor Lakes, Minnesota office at least three days per week. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time. Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Develop and execute downstream marketing strategies that increase awareness, understanding, and adoption of HAI Therapy among key HCP audiences.
  • Drive physician awareness programs and multichannel campaigns focused on medical oncologists, surgical oncologists, and other HCPs involved in treating patients with liver dominant metastatic colorectal cancer and cholangiocarcinoma.
  • Build marketing programs that help existing HAI centers expand appropriate use of therapy across relevant indications and patient populations.
  • Develop strategies and tools to increase adoption across the multidisciplinary team, including medical oncology, surgical oncology, APPs, nurses, pharmacists, nuclear medicine, interventional radiology, administrators, and other stakeholders involved in HAI patient care.
  • Identify practical barriers to adoption within existing centers, including referral patterns, patient identification, multidisciplinary coordination, therapy confidence, workflow gaps, and education needs.
  • Create impactful HCP campaigns that translate clinical evidence, patient selection concepts, and therapy value into clear, compelling, compliant messaging.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing Activation and Digital teams and creative agencies to develop impactful campaign assets and sales tools
  • Partner with Sales to develop account-level and regional growth strategies that support increased utilization, broader physician engagement, and stronger center activation.
  • Develop programs that help HAI champions educate and influence peers within tumor boards, referral networks, and multidisciplinary care settings.
  • Use customer insights, field input, market research, advisory boards, and campaign analytics to identify growth opportunities and refine commercial strategy.
  • Establish measurable key performance indicators (KPIs) for major initiatives, including awareness, engagement, referral activity, account penetration, program participation, digital engagement, sales enablement effectiveness, and therapy utilization indicators.
  • Track performance against KPIs and use data to optimize campaigns, tools, messaging, and resource allocation.
  • Partner with Medical Education and Medical Affairs to support programs that build clinical confidence among HCP audiences while maintaining appropriate functional boundaries and compliance requirements.
  • Support launch and adoption activities for tools that may improve therapy understanding, clinical workflow, or onboarding, including dosing calculator-related commercial readiness where appropriate.
  • Monitor competitive activity, treatment trends, customer behavior, and market dynamics to inform commercial priorities and messaging.
  • Bring creative, practical ideas for reaching HCP audiences and improving adoption, including new campaign concepts, field activation models, customer journeys, and digital engagement approaches.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools to optimize workflows and productivity.
  • Maintain strong partnership with Regulatory, Legal, Medical, and Compliance teams to ensure all programs and materials meet applicable standards.
  • Execute with urgency, independence, and accountability while engaging cross-functional partners through clear communication and strong alignment.
