You will lead high-impact, strategic initiatives that scale across multiple products and surface areas, and combine analytical and technical fluency to guide data-informed decisions.

This role is a great fit for someone who loves to use data to find and solve high-impact problems. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, stay focused on measurable outcomes, and continuously look for ways to drive meaningful results. We are increasingly leveraging AI-powered tools, workflows, and product capabilities across the business, and this role will play an important part in identifying opportunities to use AI to improve customer experience, accelerate experimentation, and drive growth outcomes.

This is a full-time position based out of our Oakland, CA office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.

Technologies You'll Use

Product analytics tools, BI tools, SQL, A/B testing, AI-assisted product and analytics tools, experimentation platforms

What You'll Do
  • Own and evolve the growth product roadmap across the Fivetran platform
  • Be an expert in experimentation from hypothesis development and test design to interpreting results and scaling what works
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve user onboarding, conversion, engagement, retention, and monetization
  • Partner with teams on core initiatives that unblock growth across the platform
  • Gather and use data to uncover friction points and propose high-impact experiments or product changes
  • Use AI-powered tools and workflows to accelerate product discovery, experimentation velocity, and decision-making
  • Deep-dive in Fivetran products regularly to build user empathy and find opportunities to optimize
  • Understand B2B SaaS marketing and sales motions to drive cross-functional success
  • Partner closely with design, engineering, analytics, marketing, customer-facing teams, and other PMs to launch enhancements and experiments
  • Collaborate with engineering and data teams to evaluate and implement AI-driven product experiences where appropriate
  • Stay current on AI trends, emerging technologies, and best practices relevant to product-led growth and SaaS monetization
  • Present your work and align priorities with stakeholders across the company, including senior leadership and executives
  • Communicate outcomes clearly, sharing both wins and learnings to guide future strategy

Skills We're Looking For
  • 4+ years of growth product management or equivalent data-driven growth role, ideally on a technical product in B2B SaaS
  • Hands-on analytical skillset with the ability to independently dig into data and use product analytics tools (e.g. Amplitude, Heap, Hex, Sigma, SQL)
  • Expertise in A/B testing and experimentation best practices
  • Proven success working across multiple products or surface areas, identifying opportunities that holistically connect the customer experience
  • Comfortable collaborating closely and asynchronously with engineers, designers, data scientists, and go-to-market teams to create impact
  • Willingness to go deep in technical products and build empathy for technical users
  • Excellent cross-functional communication, ability to align with stakeholders at all levels and guide decision-making
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and demonstrate material business impact
  • Curiosity and adaptability in learning emerging AI capabilities and applying them thoughtfully within a product growth context
